ZIRCONIA CERAMIC LINER
STL's zirconia liner is a proprietary Zirconium-based matrix that has significantly improved mechanical characteristics. Zirconia has three important property advantages compared to alumina.
· Zirconia exhibits better impact strength.
· Zirconia is harder than alumina.
· Zirconia can be honed to finer surface finishes than alumina, Finished to 4 RMS, the zirconia liners provide a surface finish that is three to four times finer than alumina.
All three of these property advantages translate to lower ownership costs. The improved wear directly extends the service life of the sleeve, while the improved impact strength significantly reduces the costs of replacing broken liners in the field. The surface finish improvements, meanwhile, have an indirect effect. The finer surface finish means friction with the elastomer-and-metal pump pistons, which in turn extends piston life and reduces pump-cooling requirements.

PINK LINER
· It is resistant to corrosion, acid and alkali.
· High hardness, good wear resistance, able to resist high-pressure mud various sharp or highly abrasive solid particles in the slurry grinding or scouring, such as rock cuttings, quartz sand, iron ores, iron filings, etc.
· The microstructure is uniform and fine, without closed pores, and the product high surface finish is beneficial for improving the lifespan of the corresponding piston.
· The addition of rare earth and chromium components, on the one hand, increases heat dissipation capacity, which is beneficial for improving the service life of the piston. On the other hand, it contains rare earth and metal components such as chromium, which is beneficial for RFID readers to recognize the built-in RFID tags on the cylinder liner and more accurately grasp the operation of the cylinder liner.
· The working pressure of the pink girl liner is high, which can meet the requirements of the rated pressure of the mud liner, with a maximum of 52MPa (7500PSI), meeting the needs of drilling deep and ultra deep wells.
